The Windmill Serifos is located in the area of Chora Serifos and is one of the 3 windmills in the city of Serifos that have become the iconic landmark of the island. The emblematic windmill of the early 20th century was beautifully transformed into a dream home in the 1993.

Description

Ground Floor Living Space

The ground floor of the windmill provides the main living space with a dining table to seat up to 2 guests and a simple but well equipped kitchenette. In addition it has fridge/freezer, coffee maker, kettle and plenty of tableware.

The Middle Floor Master Bedroom

A spiral staircase takes you up to the middle floor where you will find a bath with shower.

Top Floor Living Room or Bedroom

The spiral staircase continues up to the top floor which is the living room with a queen-size double bed.

The Windmill Serifos is a masterpiece of traditional craftsmanship, featuring nearly one-meter-thick stone walls, small windows, and authentic stone floors. Its ceilings, crafted from traditional beams and reed, are half a meter deep, creating a naturally cool retreat.

Combined with the gentle sea breezes, this unique construction keeps the interior at least 10 degrees cooler than the outside. For those seeking even more comfort, fans are also available. Expansive terraces invite you to soak up the sun, unwind with a siesta, or lose yourself in a good book in the cozy seating areas.
