Directly overlooking unspoiled Lia beach, the villa enjoys a privileged location that combines peaceful isolation and quick access to the island’s main port, with a lot of restaurants, shops and bars.

Description

The villa enjoys truly breathtaking views of the beach, the sparkling Aegean Sea, the islet of Vous and the near countryside. By a series of 30 steps you can reach the sand and pebble beach, which is rarely busy, reminding the basic Greek sense of simplicity. For the guests of the villa, this idyllic setting is complemented by the peaceful sound of the sea lapping on the shore. Thanks to its east-facing orientation, guests can enjoy spectacular sunrises.

The 150 m2 villa has three bedrooms, two with double beds and the other with two single beds. In addition there are three bathrooms (one en-suite, one shower room and one WC).

The villa’s contemporary décor is combined with some impressive antique furnishings and decorative items. Thanks to good insulation and the mild sea breeze, there is no need for air-conditioning, although there are some floor fans.

The comfortable, open-plan sitting and dining area is cheerful and inviting, bathed in natural light that streams in through large windows. In addition, the outdoor sitting areas are equipped with tables, deckchairs and for added convenience, a shower.
